Place all the vegetables (broccoli, zucchini, carrots, onion, garlic) into a cooking pot.
Add water to cover all the vegetables completely, and put it to boil over medium heat.
After 20-30 minutes, remove 2-3 cups of boiled water and keep the remaining. You can keep or remove as much as you want, depending on how thick you like your soup to be. The less water the thicker the soup and vice versa.
Blend the boiled vegetables with its water using an electric blender until the soup is coherently thick.
Once its blended, add the cooking cream and stir.
Finally, you can add the salt, pepper and seasonings you like. And enjoy the yummy soup!
